How long do Maintenance Units last?
Maintenance Unit last for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What happens to any unused Maintenance Units ?
Any unused credits expire after 12 months and are non-refundable.

Maintenance Units apply to any Graphic Design, Copy writing, Copy Editing, website developing / programming.
How does Etched record how many Maintenance Units are being used?
Etched’ records every Unit/s used against the corresponding Invoice which is supplied to the client upon request, and/or completion/expiration of the maintenance unit block.
I need a task completed urgently. How do you prioritise Maintenance Units for your clients?
Requests for work to be prioritised and performed within a 24-hour period from client request is charged at 2 x the applicable unit rate. Jobs that aren’t a priority will be prioritised on a first come, first served basis. Etched’ aims for a 2-day turnaround, however please allow up to 10 working days for busy periods.
How will I know how long a task will take?
Before commencing each requested task, Etched will provide with client with an estimate of time (e.g. 4-6 maintenance units) to complete the job. Etched will await final client approval for this time before commencing.
What tasks aren’t considered maintenance?
Initiatives that aren’t considered “Maintenance Units” include anything that’s Quoted on separately. This may include, a new website build, editing of a current brochure, an overhaul of branding material, ebulletins, SEO, PPC AdWords, Social Media.
